Annual General Meeting 2010

The AGM'10 was held last Wednesday and the events on that day were:

1. Lucky voter prize random pick goes to Ida Patera.
2. Presentations by the President Rahman Ahmad Ismail regarding the past events such as Maulidur Rasul, National Day, Chinese New Year; upcoming events like BruKent race, Easter Picnic with MBsoc, Visit to Medway; and other issues that being mentioned are the new official Logo for BruKent and T-Shirt for Brukent 2010. For the 2011 there are few events that being proposed like National Day 2011 events that possibly sponsered by International Office that will accomodate the whole University of Kent and the BruKent Cultural Showcast.
3. There are also feedbacks and suggestions from the BruKent members. They're suggesting Malay Theatre, Inter-Society Sports and Games, Quranic Circle and Qiamulail, Summer BBQ in Brunei, Cyber Games and Sky Diving for Charity.
4. Election for 2010/2011 committee. Check the previous post for the new eclected committee.
5. Certificate presentation presented by Vice President of Acitivity Officer Ben Alonso.
6. Prize presentation for the Lucky Voter and Logo Competition winner.
   
7. Other matters mentioned by Vice President of Activity Officer was NO society can SELL or PROVIDE food from unlicensed provider and this is due to health and Safety problems.
