Welcome Week^^.

Assalamu'alaikum and Hello,

Hello there new Kent student people and not so new Kent student people, i.e. seniors^^. Well we have finally reach the time where we will be flying there or back there. So to start with this I hope the freshers have already prepare themselves with everything, e.g. straightening out some stuff with M.o.E, did your health check-up stuff, packing the necessities and do not forget the essential paperworks or documents need to bring there, for example health stuff, passport with visa (hahaha obviously XD), certificates both original and copies, latest passport photos and other stuff.

Well not to go to much details here I hope the freshers are inform of the Welcome week and the welcome week events. For the Caterbury freshers their will be a the International dinner, Leeds Castle visit and coffee morning/ hightea. Which I personally recommend that you guys and gals try it all out especially the castle visit it beautiful there^^. For slightly more information visit...

And for the Medway freshers you will be visiting the Gillingham Building and have and International Welcome buffet. I sincerely apologise though since I cannot really give a more personal view on it but it will be just as amazing as the Canters' welcome experience.

Owh and other than that you guys should just explore your respective Universities during the welcome week as there are a lot more to do there such as the society fair, where as you can guess is when the existing societies come out and place booths at specific places at the Uni and try to get you guys to join them. It is recommended you guys have a go and see the various clubs there and it is even more so recommended that you join some. However some advice if you guys do not really want to join them do not sign your name and email to them as you will be flooded with newsletter from them and it is astoundingly annoying, personally XD.

Owh and before that registration to the University... well lets just leave that until you guys and gals actually arrive there, then we can help you guys on that^^ (mostly it starts at the gym)

Well I hope your freshers week will be awesome cause personally mine was as you can tell was awesome. Owh and it would be more enjoyable you guys go in a group.
