Icebreaking Session

Assalamu'alaikum and Hello.

The icebreaking session started of with a slideshow of a brief history and description of Brukent, which was made by our very own committee president. The committee members then introduce themselves to the freshers. In the session we also introduce ideas on future events such as monthly Quranic circle, peer study groups, the Worldfest in the spring semester and other events. Also put in there was the search for a new first year representative, so any first years wanting the position just tell this to any committee member and we will put it into consideration. And then it was the freshers and seniors turn to introduce themselves and their courses.

After all the formalities have been dealt with the session started to loosen up and the laughter came along, to reinforce with names of both freshers and seniors we played a naming game which involves two groups and fast reaction naming, as a brief explanation. It is as you know it involves a lot of laughter and general enjoyment.

After all the general introduction of one another and laughter the session was quite a success as everyone got to know each other better and about what Brukent is generally all about and the things that we do. And to top it all of here is a group photo for the night.
